SHIPPING POLICY

1.1 Delivery Timeframes

We strive to deliver your order to the specified address (“Delivery”) within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. However, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or times. The available delivery options are outlined on our Delivery page, but these are indicative only and do not include orders fulfilled by our Partner/Sellers.

1.2 Delays and Liability

If we anticipate a delay in delivery, we will notify you where possible. However, to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses resulting from late or delayed delivery.

1.3 Delivery Process

We will attempt to deliver your order to the address provided at the time of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to accept the delivery within the reasonable timeframe specified by us.

Our delivery partners may contact you via SMS before delivery to offer alternative options, such as:

  • Providing authority to leave the item at your address.

  • Redirecting the delivery to a collection point.

If no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier may:

  • Leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection.

  • Redirect the order to a collection point.

1.4 Authority to Leave and Undelivered Orders

By default, you grant authority to leave your order at the specified address. If the delivery driver deems the location unsafe, the order may be:

  • Redirected to a collection point.

  • Scheduled for re-delivery (where available).

  • Returned to us.

If you unreasonably refuse delivery or fail to collect the item within two weeks of the first delivery attempt, we may: a) Charge reasonable storage fees and associated costs. b) Cancel the order and refund you in accordance with our returns policy, deducting any reasonable administrative fees.

1.5 Delivery Restrictions

We may not be able to deliver to certain locations or offer equivalent delivery options in all areas. If delivery to your location is not possible, we will:

  • Inform you on the product page.

  • Contact you using the details provided at checkout to discuss cancellation or alternative delivery options.

1.6 Risk and Responsibility

Risk in the product transfers to you upon delivery. If delivery is delayed for reasons beyond our control, risk passes on the date when delivery was scheduled. Once risk has transferred, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the product.

When opening your package, take care to avoid damage, especially when using sharp instruments.
