RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
1. RETURNS FOR FAULTY PRODUCTS
1.1 We are committed to providing high-quality products. Due to the use of organic materials, slight imperfections may occur. If you receive a product with a defect, please contact us at hello@weareoldfellas.com.au as soon as possible. We will guide you through the return process to resolve the issue promptly. You may be asked to provide images of the defect for an initial assessment and may need to supply additional details to support your claim.
1.2 If a defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or a refund to your original payment method, depending on the situation. If the product is not found to be faulty or is outside the warranty period, we will inform you and offer the option to have it returned at your expense or responsibly disposed of.
1.3 A product will not be considered faulty if, in our reasonable opinion, the issue results from general wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, or failure to maintain it properly.
2. RETURNS DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND
2.1 We do not accept returns for change of mind.
2.2 This policy does not override any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or the provisions outlined in clause 6.
3. STORE CREDIT POLICY
3.1 Store credit is subject to the following conditions:
(a) Store credit is manually applied to your account and cannot be transferred to another account.
(b) It is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Any unused balance after this period will expire.
(c) Store credit does not accumulate interest, nor can it be exchanged for cash. If you choose store credit as compensation for a return or cancellation and use it for another purchase, any further returns from that purchase will also be eligible for store credit only, not a cash refund.
